Oh, my sweet feisty boy turns five today. A whole hand, such a big deal. Such an amazing soul. He came into the world unassisted into the waiting hands of his daddy. Rowan is such a juxtaposition of fierce independence and the need to be very close to his mama. But as hard as that may be at times, I wouldn't change a thing. He is a wild and crazy kid who does most everything in a head strong manner, and I love it. Happy Birthday, baby boy!
