Knits and reads

Some how i was not hit with second sock syndrome. Which is a bit hard to believe, as adult socks take so much longer to knit than wee baby socks. Still I am just about to do the heel flap on sock number two, and the after the turn it is inches and inches of foot.
After the first sock was finished I had a bit of the yarn left over, so I might be able to knit a pair of baby socks with the left overs of this yarn, which would be wonderful, as this yarn is just so lovely.
I am enjoying the latest issue of Taproot, I even made the roast chicken dinner just this last Monday evening... AMAZING!

I love the color of those socks! I had major second sock syndrome with my first pair. :-)

Your socks are going to be so loved.
I have been peeking at my Taproot, but haven't had a chance to just sit and soak it all in yet. I did mangage to frame the little poster and it looks just great on my kitchen wall.
A chicken recipe? Now that sounds like something my guys would enjoy.

Love that yarn.
I only just received my copy of Taproot and haven't had time to read anything but 'from the editor'.
