Yarn Along

Joining Ginny from Small Things for the weekly Wednesday Yarn Along.

I finished up Cae's sweater vest this weekend. I am so pleased with it. I think he will just look wonderful in it. Now I just have to wait FOREVER to give it to him, well OK 7 weeks, but still a long time.

I started on Sagan's vest, I am not so sure about the pattern, sometimes it makes no sense, but I do love how the finished product looks, so I am going to continue working this pattern. I am planning on using  one of the yellow wood buttons from Wooly Moss Roots, I think the warm, yellow wood will look wonderful against the cool, blue wool tweed of the yarn.
I have yet to finish up Logan's sweater yet, but I keep telling myself I have loads of time. LOL
I am still reading "A Journey Through Waldorf Math Grades 1 to 5" I am really enjoying it, and getting so many idea. I really love how there are so many lesson ideas. The boys are loving it as well.

The vest looks great. It is so hard to wait sometimes isn't it! I like the colorway on the next vest and think wood buttons will be great.

@house full of jays: I KNOW! i am trying to be all calm but since time seems to be flying by at lightening speed 7 weeks just doesn't seem long enough.

That vest looks so great. Hope it's enjoyed. And that you can stand waiting to gift it. (I've always been bad at that!)
