This is how things have looked lately. Sunshine and merry making, decorating and baking. I think I have put on 10 pounds in my sneaky snacking on holiday treats, and we haven't even gotten to the good stuff yet: fudge, stuffed dates, shortbread cookies, peppermint bark. I will be making that stuff all this coming week... lord help me.
And the shopping, can I just say I am soooo happy for the internet, it keeps me out of the malls. We have hit a few local shops for some extra special goodness. It shall be a fabulous holiday season that is for sure.

I am ever so grateful for:

~ My friends
~ my dear and loving husband
~ my awesome, kick butt kids
~ christmas trees
~ sappy holiday movies
~ hot cocoa
~ banjo music
~ fiona building puzzles every single day
~ rowan READING!
~ afternoon naps
~ twinkly lights strung up all over the neighborhood

I know what you mean about snacking and we've already eaten our Chrismas cake...I've just baked another one today.

It all looks so happy and jolly over there.
Enjoy the holidays.
